An established industry player is seeking two temporary support staff to join their busy helpdesk team. This role involves handling a high volume of calls, logging jobs, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently. The ideal candidates will be confident and professional on the phone, possessing strong organizational skills. While previous customer service experience is beneficial, it is not essential.
