Helpdesk Advisor
Location: Office-based in Canary Wharf, Central London during the first year.
Hybrid working: Flexible / hybrid working arrangements available after the first year.
Basic Salary £31,726 plus benefits - Annual leave 22 days plus Bank Holidays, Private medical insurance (currently with BUPA) – benefit in kind, Season ticket loan scheme, Enhanced Maternity and paternity pay, Contributory Pension Scheme (Employee 3 -5%, Employer currently 5 – 12% dependant on age) : Life cover benefits also apply if member of pension scheme, Company sick pay (after 3 months service) = 13 weeks, Group Income protection insurance applies after 2 years continuous service, Ride to work scheme, Employee assistance programme, Holiday purchase scheme (up to 5 days)
