Helpdesk Advisor - 6 Months

Your new company: You will be working for a national construction company based in the surrounding Bath area.

Your new role: You will be required to assist the office based team with incoming queries via telephone and email, communicating internally and externally. Other duties include:

  1. Raising, tracking and processing work orders for contractors.
  2. Answering customer queries and complaints.
  3. Monitoring of inboxes and covering phones when necessary.
  4. Offer contract management support.
  5. Code the process from start to finish with precision and accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A customer services background.
  • The ability to provide excellent service and a professional phone manner.
  • Great organisational skills to manage the processing of work orders.
  • A positive attitude and to help out your team when required.
  • Excellent media literacy with MS Office, primarily Excel and Outlook.
