Job Description:

Our client in St Albans is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to support their busy HelpDesk team. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, with strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and the ability to learn new systems, particularly their CRM for scheduling engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Cross-referencing the shared mailbox with their system to ensure all faults are logged.
  2. Maintaining the shared mailbox by filing emails in relevant folders.
  3. Responding to client inquiries.
  4. Assisting with issuing small quoted works.
  5. Reassigning work to operatives.
  6. Signing off completed work.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:40 pm. Benefits include a nice breakout area, kitchen facilities, parking, and a supportive team environment. The salary is up to £28,000.
