Job summary

A leading service provider in Paisley is seeking a Service Centre Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service focus, and be a people person. This role involves managing Service Desk requests and requires weekend availability on a rotational basis. Full training is provided, along with 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays and a salary range of £27,000 - £29,000 depending on experience.

We are currently recruiting for a Service Centre Administrator for our Paisley Office

We are looking for someone who takes pride in supporting others and always goes that extra Mile!

To provide high quality, administrative Service Desk support to the business, working as a Business Partner to the Operations Team, Business Unit Directors and customers.

This role will require weekend availability on a rotational basis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Service Desk Administrator duties
  • Answer main line help desk calls and direct as appropriate
  • Process Service Desk requests via calls or emails from start to completion
  • Process requests for additional works, liaising with operational management,
  • Process client consumables orders
  • Ordering of Uniform workwear, stationary and general admin duties.
  • Arrange Periodic Window cleaning/carpet cleaning, additional deep clean bookings.
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written commutator skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service focused.
  • Timekeeping and attendance is a vital part of the role
  • Good communication skills, able to communicate across all levels
  • People person with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work with and adapt to new systems.
  • Previous customer service experience, desirable but not essential.
