FM Helpdesk Administrator

Hourly rate: £10.58

Location: Stevenage

Hours: 8am – 5pm

We are working with a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company, seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to support their high-profile contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing PO’s for quoted works and updating the quote log
  • Raising reactive works as required and ensuring log books are updated
  • Generating and scheduling PPM
  • Escalating client queries to sub-contractors and reviewing progress until work is completed to standard
  • Providing on-call and out-of-hours phone support
  • Updating qualification registers
  • Generating monthly client reports
