Job description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday.

Position details:

  • Type: Permanent
  • Location: Craigavon
  • Salary: £23,500 + Benefits, Growth Opportunities, and Overtime (1.5x)
  • Hours: 36.75 hours per week, with any additional hours paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Responsibilities:

  • Managing internal and external emails
  • Raising and closing jobs within Facilities Management
  • Raising Purchase Orders for the Supply Chain
  • Answering calls from clients and engineers

Ideal Criteria:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in a client/customer-facing role
  • Helpdesk experience
  • Experience with CAFM systems (advantageous)
