Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is hiring a customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical assistance. You'll be the frontline hero resolving IT issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional user experiences across our London operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1-2 technical support (onsite/remote) for hardware, software, and network issues

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications

Manage tickets via ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk (end-to-end resolution tracking)

Configure and maintain user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID

Support VPN, VoIP systems, and peripheral devices

Document solutions in our knowledge base for future reference

Escalate complex issues to infrastructure teams with detailed reports

Conduct new user onboarding IT training sessions

Must-Have Skills

5+ years in corporate IT help desk/desktop support roles

Expert in Windows OS, Microsoft 365 Admin, and basic PowerShell

Proficient with remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, Intune)

Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networks

Experience Supporting SAP/Oracle/CRM Systems (preferred)

ITIL Foundation certified (strong plus)

Exceptional problem-solving + customer service skills
