Brookstreet UK Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Help Desk Service Controller based in East Belfast.
The role:
Working in a dynamic department and key to the smooth running of the company, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of day to day activities within the service department. The role involves receiving customer support requests, dispatching calls to our team of field-based engineers and related administrative work.
Our client is looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:
Qualification/Experience:
Previous experience of a similar role would be preferably, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Good numeracy and literary skills, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential.
In return, our client offers:
8:45 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, lunch 13:00 to 13:45.
Hourly rate of £12.50 p/h.
