Csod in East Dorset is seeking a Working at Heights Multi Trade Operative to maintain, repair and install across elevated environments. You will work at height on buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety and compliance are integral to every task.

The role requires proven experience at heights and a valid qualification such as IPAF or PASMA, plus carpentry skills. You will drive around the region with a UK manual licence, and a company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of working at heights or similar manual role.
• Valid qualification or certification in working at heights (IPAF/PASMA or similar).
• Strong carpentry skills and ability to work with soffits and fascias.
• Safe use of hand and power tools and knowledge of safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance, repairs and installations at height on buildings and infrastructure.
• Inspect safety equipment and follow rigorous safety procedures.
• Support risk assessments and implement control measures for working at heights.
• Operate access systems (scaffolds, ladders, mobile platforms).
• Complete detailed reports on work and safety checks.
• Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent repair requests.
