Fixed Term Contract- 18 Months

The Hedging & Risk team within E.ON Energy Markets (EEM), in partnership with E.ON Next and the Industrial and Commercial (I&C) business, ensures that new and existing customer products are appropriately risk managed, including hedging strategies and risk pricing.
An exciting I&C Hedging & Risk Manager opportunity has arisen. In this role, you will be responsible for the interface between EEM and I&C, ensuring that strategic products – increasingly focusing on flexibility of consumption – are brought to market efficiently and with wholesale considerations foremost in their design.
You will share wholesale market insight and expertise and ensure that relevant risks are quantified and understood. The role is responsible for hedging strategies, reviewing and adjusting these on a regular basis to ensure risk mitigation remains optimal. As part of this, you will monitor the regulatory and policy landscape to ensure that EEM responds appropriately to developments which have a bearing on commodity risk.
