Overview

Hedge Fund - Technical Writer - End user comms - webex, hardware, conferencing, office move, finance

Introduction to the team

• Supporting the London office move
• Responsible for Documentation on technology products that will be installed in the building
• Create internal advertising, end user communications ie What does it look like and how do we train the end users?
• End user adoption of these products
• Technical writing around new standards, working closely with the product engineering team and bring the technical piece into a more end user friendly
• The products will specifically be End User Products such as Webex, Hardware, Conferencing, Desktop and Compute

Key Requirements

• Office move is super nice to have but not necessary - more around the End User product experience is required
• Strong experience in technical writing aspect - take technical make it into training material
• Ability to speak to vendors so will need excellent communication skills
• Nice to have - Financial Services

Contract role - inside IR35 - initial 6 months (to be extended - client has confirmed it is a long term project). Central London based - 5 days a week in office (no flex)
