Job Description:

• Dynamic, growing, extremely successful and highly regarded hedge fund is looking for a strong operations/middle office professional to join a small, high performing team.
• This individual will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, operations, technology, compliance, legal, finance, and other senior members of the firm to maintain, support and enhance all aspects of the trading operational infrastructure.
• Resolve complex technical issues and help implement and automate operational processes.
• Collaborate with team members from front to back.
• Manage position reconciliations across multiple exchanges with a focus on process efficiency and improvement.
• Manage large data sets and trade reconciliations, resolving exceptions.
• Build scripted tools to enhance data analytics.
• Streamline and implement automation using advanced technology.
• Coordinate heavily with counterparts in Asia and the US.
• This role offers significant exposure, visibility, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4 years of experience in operations or trade support at a broker-dealer, hedge fund, bank, fund administrator, or similar.
• Experience with Futures, Options, Digital Assets/Crypto, Equities, Equity Options, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Swaps, Treasuries, and Credit.
• Strong technical skills: Advanced Excel, VBA, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
