Position Summary

The firm is looking to hire a junior-level professional to support its client services and investor relations functions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain experience in a fast-paced, boutique investment environment. The position is focused on service and communication-not sales.

Main Duties

  • Handling inquiries from investors with clarity and professionalism
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of regular investor updates and reports
  • Helping to complete due diligence materials and other client-facing documents
  • Keeping internal systems up to date and ensuring data accuracy
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth client interactions

Ideal Candidate

  • Has 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally within finance or professional services
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Can manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
