Hedge Cutter Operator job - Lincolnshire

We are seeking Autumn help on an arable farm.

A 5500-acre, family-owned business requires a skilled tractor driver for Autumn 2025.

This is a busy, forward-thinking farm that offers a valuable experience for the right candidate.

The role will involve various tasks, primarily hedge cutting and estate maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

• Hedge cutting using a 3-year-old Bomford Kestrel with MF 7718 Tractor
• Estate maintenance
• Other farm projects and developments

Candidate qualities:

• Keen to learn new skills and methods
• Good time management
• Well-organized
• Self-motivated

Requirements:

• Some agricultural experience
• Full UK Driving Licence
