Job summary

Gramian Consulting is seeking Hebrew bilingual experts to evaluate native-like fluency, pronunciation, and linguistic authenticity of Hebrew audio for an AI training project. You will provide clear, well-supported feedback in English and adhere to established guidelines.

Minimum Hebrew native-level proficiency and English at least B2 are required. The role involves independent work, timely delivery, and collaboration with project coordinators to ensure accurate results.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew
• English proficiency at B2 or higher with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify nuances in pronunciation and fluency
• Ability to provide structured, objective, well-reasoned feedback
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow evaluation guidelines

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate nativeness and fluency
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity
• Provide clear written feedback in English with concise justifications
• Provide detailed justifications for evaluations to ensure consistency and reliability
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements
• Provide insights to help improve AI systems' Hebrew language understanding and generation
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within timelines
• Maintain high quality standards across evaluations
