Heavy Production Operative

Rotating Days & Nights

A5 Lutterworth

£14.34 p/hour + OT paid at £21.50

Full Time - Very Long-Term Agency Contract

Starting Tuesday 22nd April (dealbreaker)

We are looking for 3 x experienced factory production / machine operators who can work a rotating days & night shift within a site that produces concrete building products.

This is a Monday - Thursday role working 0800 - 1800 and 2000 - 0600 on a weekly rotating pattern.

It's a physical, heavy, manual role operating machinery, unloading by hand, stacking, wrapping, and performing general housekeeping duties.

There will be production targets to hit, and some of the duties can be very repetitive.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must drive and have your own car.
• At least 12 months factory production experience.
• Comfortable with manual handling.
• Very good awareness of UK health and safety.

This role offers you:

• £14.34 p/hour
• £21.50 p/hour for overtime.
• 40 hours paid per week (including 1 hour guaranteed overtime paid each week).
