Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is recruiting a service engineer to cover the West Midlands area. You will perform routine maintenance, servicing and inspections on heavy plant machinery.

The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, carrying out repairs to manufacturer standards, and responding to breakdowns and emergency call-outs. You'll also complete detailed service reports, liaise with customers and keep tools and service vehicles in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections of Heavy Plant Machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
• Carry out repairs and component replacements in line with manufacturer standards.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs promptly.
• Complete detailed service reports, job cards, and documentation.
• Liaise with customers to provide technical advice and updates on repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in good working condition.
