Heavy Plant Mechanic Position Overview

• Maintain, service and repair on a range of heavy plant machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues in equipment and provide solutions to repair
• Adhere to workshop health and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of services and maintenances
• Work well individually or as part of the team

Heavy Plant Mechanic Position Requirements

• Previous experience and knowledge in the repair and maintenance of heavy plant
• Within a commutable distance of Cookstown
• Good all-round mechanical skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of electrics, electronics, and hydraulics would be advantageous.

Heavy Plant Mechanic Position Remuneration

• £33,000+ salary dependant on experience
• Monday-Friday 7.30am-5 pm
• Saturdays on a 1 in 3 rotational basis 7.45am-12.30pm
• 28 days inclusive of bank holidays
• Pension
