The Vacancy

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent Heavy Forklift/Reach Stacker Driver at our busy depot based in East Midlands Gateway. We offer various shifts for our Terminal Division – Days (Monday to Friday, including Early, Late, and Night shifts). If you have previous experience in reach stacker driving or hold a valid forklift truck license with at least 2 years of experience, this could be the opportunity for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading ISO shipping containers of various sizes and weights.
• Stacking containers in designated areas.
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of machinery with a reasonable understanding of machine functions.

Candidate Requirements

• A flexible approach capable of undertaking various production duties.
• High level of focus under pressure to deliver accurate and punctual service.
• Reach stacker driving experience or a valid forklift truck certificate with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to operate empty container handlers (desirable but not essential).
• Own transport is required.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (essential).
