Job Opportunities

Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, scrapers, paving equipment, and water trucks.
• Perform tasks such as digging, building, and bulldozing using the equipment.
• Safely operate equipment to ensure efficient and effective completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the equipment.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, dump trucks, bulldozers, excavators, scrapers, paving equipment, and water trucks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Laborers for Aggregate Rock Crusher

Responsibilities:

• General understanding of aggregate pit work and dirt work.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of crusher parts such as rollers, belts, and hand tools. Welding experience is a plus but not required.

Benefits include health insurance and 401(k) after probation period. Pay depends on experience.
