City Football Group is seeking an experienced Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and improve campus systems. The role covers planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and day-to-day inspections of HVAC assets, with a focus on safety, standards and reliability.
You will work closely with Maintenance Managers and other trades to support lifecycle, upgrades, and reliable plant operation across the site.

At City Football Group, the maintenance team plays a vital part in keeping our buildings and plant in excellent working order. As Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Engineer, you will help deliver the maintenance services that support safe, efficient operations across the campus, with a clear focus on standards, safety and reliability.
Your work will cover planned preventive maintenance, reactive maintenance and day-to-day inspection of heating, ventilation and air conditioning assets. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, fault-find carefully and support minor installation, upgrade and adaptation works where needed.
Working closely with other trades and Maintenance Managers, you will contribute to planned maintenance and life cycle schedules for the buildings on site. This is a hands‑on role where good judgement, teamwork and a consistent approach all help keep the campus operating at its best.
NVQ Level 3 in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Valid F-Gas Category 1 certification
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or an equivalent qualification
Experience maintaining commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Experience carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance
Ability to diagnose faults and respond safely to breakdowns, with a sound understanding of HVAC controls and building services
