Heating Project Manager

Our client, a reputable renewable energy company based in Cambridgeshire, is seeking a dedicated GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump) Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of a variety of Commercial GSHP projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage GSHP projects from start to finish, ensuring the project scope, budget, and schedule are kept to.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and vendors to establish project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of GSHP systems, including design principles, installation methods, and operational requirements.
