Job summary

Ardour Associates Ltd is seeking experienced Heating Engineers to join our Wisbech-based teams. You will service, maintain and repair domestic heating and hot water systems across properties in the social housing sector.

The roles are field-based with a salary of £42,000–£44,000 per year, a company vehicle and fuel card, and excellent benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday with alternative patterns and a weekend/evening rota.

Qualifications

• Experience of servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Experience working in the social housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems.
• Working across a variety of domestic properties throughout the local region.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service when dealing with residents and tenants.
• Keeping customers informed of work being carried out and providing clear updates on job progress.
• Completing all required paperwork and job records accurately, both electronically and manually.
• Following all Health & Safety requirements, including Risk Assessments and COSHH procedures.
• Managing van stock and ordering procedures to ensure parts and equipment are available.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance at all times.

Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on location and working pattern

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with alternative working patterns available

Call-out: Evening and weekend rota

The Opportunity

With two opportunities available across the local area, salaries range from £42,000 to £44,000 per annum, depending on the location and working pattern. Both positions offer a company vehicle, fuel card, excellent benefits and opportunities for ongoing training and career development.
