Job summary

Lockhart Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established heating and engineering company based in Somerset. The Heating Engineer will cover the South West region, with jobs across Dorset to Exeter and flexible assignments as close to home as possible.

You will service, maintain and repair high-end systems, diagnose faults in customers’ homes and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service, supported by specialist training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Current Gas Safe registration.
• Strong logical fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience within the heating industry.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair high end products and systems with specialist training and investment given to the successful candidate.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs in customers homes.
• Use logical fault-finding techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service.
