Job summary

Sureserve Compliance Central is seeking a Heating Engineer to service and repair heating systems in our clients’ properties, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. You will work across domestic properties, maintain high customer care, and complete required paperwork and updates in a timely manner.

Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 are essential. You will participate in an out-of-hours rota and comply with health and safety regulations, COSHH, and risk assessments while

Qualifications

• Carry out service and maintenance on domestic properties across the region.
• Ensure high levels of customer care when dealing with clients and tenants.
• Complete updates, progress reports and paperwork accurately.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and legislation including COSHH and risk assessments.
• Stock control and auditing to ensure required parts are available.

Job description

The primary responsibility of the Heating Engineer will be to maintain and repair heating systems in our clients' properties. They will ensure that the heating & hot water systems are operating efficiently and safely, and that any repairs are completed in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Carry out service and maintenance works on a variety of domestic properties across the region.
• Ensuring high levels of customer care in dealing with clients and tenants to meet the required quality standards.
• Communicate updates and progress of work, completing the required paperwork electronically and manually.
• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work.
• To comply with stock ordering and auditing procedures so relevant parts are available to fulfil job requirements.
  Gas qualifications are essential for this role including as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Out of Hours evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is required as part of this role
• A friendly and professional attitude to build strong relationships with clients & tenants

Sureserve Compliance Central We are a national company offering market leading heating & hot water solutions from a network of regional offices across the East of England and the Midlands, strategically positioned to ensure comprehensive coverage and uncompromised access to our clients.

• 5 days per week (Mon - Fri) 8am to 5pm - 40 hrs

1 hour for lunch daily, call out rota to go on doing evenings & weekend work.
