As a Heating Engineer, you will organise and carry out the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair work for our housing stock. While delivering an efficient and customer-focused service, you will coordinate the services of other trades to ensure a seamless service to tenants. You will also ensure services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations.
Our ideal Heating Engineer is motivated with a positive attitude. You must have extensive experience of gas servicing, boiler repairs, and breakdowns with a proven ability to service, maintain, install & repair, and fault-find gas heating systems, hot water systems, and carry out heating works such as alterations to wet systems, DHW cylinders & gas pipework, in NCHA managed properties.
You will also have experience in fault-finding on all makes of gas appliances. If you have the above experience combined with the below qualifications, you are exactly what we are looking for!
Essential Requirements for the role:
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a valid driving licence and you will also be required to undertake stand-by call-out duties for emergency breakdowns. You will receive additional payment for call out.
