Starting Salary at £40,029 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £42,468, plus a company vehicle and additional earning opportunities through call out

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician with experience in domestic heating and renewable wiring systems to join our team. The role involves wiring and fault finding of Gas and Renewable Heating systems, including renewable ASHP servicing, heating breakdowns, and boiler external controls wiring and installations. Responsibilities include ensuring work is completed effectively, efficiently, and in line with regulations.
Main Duties:
- Wiring and fault finding of Gas, Oil, and Renewable Heating systems, including renewable ASHP servicing, heating breakdowns, and boiler controls wiring and installations.
- Providing emergency cover for electrical repairs and installations across responsive repairs, empty homes, and planned works, including Aids and Adaptations.
- Dealing with tenant enquiries to ensure high standards and compliance with regulations, aiming for first-time fixes and reducing callbacks and complaints.
- Participating in the call-out rota for out-of-hours service to residents on a rotational basis.

About YouThe ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and able to use their initiative. They should be confident in problem-solving and fault finding, with extensive knowledge of Gas, Oil, and Renewable systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps.
QualificationsCandidates must be fully qualified Electricians with relevant electrical qualifications (or equivalent), such as:
- City and Guilds Electrical Installations NVQ Level 3 2357
- City and Guilds 5357 including AM2S apprenticeship
- City and Guilds 2360 - Part 1 and Part 2
- City & Guilds 2391 – Inspection and testing
- City and Guilds 2330 Levels 2 and 3
- City and Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
- AM2 (depending on qualification period)
- Renewable heating qualifications (preferred but not essential), including ASHP, UHWS, Solar Thermal, PV, HR, and MVHR accredited to BPEC level or equivalent.
Driving licence is essential as travel across Norfolk and North Suffolk is required.
