Objectives:
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve individual satisfaction and meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell our heating systems and additional products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Use various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.) to secure sales.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare our products with competitors by conducting full needs assessments for potential customers.
- Attend scheduled daily appointments in the UK arranged by the internal sales team.
- Reach out to potential customers in non-gas areas via direct mail.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Attend monthly sales meetings and report daily outcomes to the Sales Director.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the area's potential for our heating solutions and provide feedback to the internal team.
- Track sales and maintain individual status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential referrals from each appointment.
