You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve individual satisfaction and meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Present, promote, and sell our heating systems and additional products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  2. Use various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.) to secure sales.
  3. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare our products with competitors by conducting full needs assessments for potential customers.
  4. Attend scheduled daily appointments in the UK arranged by the internal sales team.
  5. Reach out to potential customers in non-gas areas via direct mail.
  6. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  8. Achieve monthly sales targets and outcomes based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  9. Attend monthly sales meetings and report daily outcomes to the Sales Director.
  10. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  11. Analyze the area's potential for our heating solutions and provide feedback to the internal team.
  12. Track sales and maintain individual status reports.
  13. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential referrals from each appointment.
