Job description

Heating Advisor

Salary: GBP27K (OTE GBP39K)

Objectives: You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to achieve individual satisfaction and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Present, promote, and sell our heating systems and additional products using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  2. Utilize various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.) to secure sales.
  3. Perform cost-benefit analyses comparing our products to competitors by conducting full needs assessments to match products with customer needs.
  4. Attend scheduled daily appointments in the UK arranged by the internal sales team.
  5. Reach out to potential customers in non-gas areas via direct mail campaigns.
  6. Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
  7. Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  8. Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators set for the business.
  9. Attend monthly sales meetings and report daily outcomes to the Sales Director.
  10. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  11. Analyze the area's market potential for our heating solutions and relay insights to the internal leads department.
  12. Track sales performance and maintain individual status reports.
  13. Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential referrals from each appointment.
