Job Description

Working closely with Finance, Strategy, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, the HPMO plays a critical role in aligning Heathrow’s Change Portfolio across programmes and functions. As an HPMO Analyst, you will support the HPMO Managers in establishing and embedding robust portfolio processes, principles, and best practices that drive effective delivery of outcomes and benefits in line with Heathrow’s vision and strategy.

Your role will involve

  • Supporting the implementation of the HPMO purpose, scope, services, and deliverables.
  • Engaging and managing senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Managing risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proper processes are followed.
  • Working with HPMO Managers to develop key business priorities, including process efficiencies.
  • Designing and implementing automated reports and dashboards for performance assurance and reporting.
  • Analyzing data to highlight issues and opportunities, making recommendations.
  • Supporting the shaping and structuring of HPMO initiatives.
  • Championing the delivery and adoption of benefits and reporting best practices, including independent assurance where needed.
