Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Heat Pump Manager to lead the delivery, coordination, and strategic development of our heat pump installation and service operations. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing technical teams, and working closely with stakeholders to support growth, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heat pump technology (air source and/or ground source), team management, and regulatory compliance in the renewable energy or HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of heat pump systems for clients.
- Lead a team of engineers, installers, and coordinators, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and customer service. Provide technical support and guidance on heat pump system design, sizing, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to support smooth handovers and operational readiness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and government schemes.
- Monitor and improve installation quality and efficiency through regular audits and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in managing heat pump projects or similar renewable energy installations.
- Strong technical understanding of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operational teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and heating policies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Heating, or equivalent trade qualification.
- Experience with heat pump design software and CAD tools.
