Are you a heating engineer with experience in heat pumps, looking to take the next step in your career and progress off the tools into a management position?

Do you want a real chance to assist in establishing a new department within an already trusted organisation, with the chance to progress further in the company long term?

My client are a reputable organisation who specialise in Solar PV systems - but are looking to expand their newly introduced heat pump department. They are known for their high-quality work in and around the Farnham area and are looking to continue expanding their stake within the renewables market.

In this role - you will be responsible for managing ASHP projects from start to finish. You will be a key stakeholder in the new department and oversee installations including both technical and project management.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to take the next step and progress off the tools into an influential role. You will be looking to become a key stakeholder within the company, and to help establish and solidify the legacy of a new ASHP department.

The Role:

  • Assistance in the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps - primarily domestic.
  • Project Management of ASHP Projects - overseeing projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and manage a team of installers.
  • Site surveys and commissioning duties.
  • Client liaison throughout projects.
  • Ensure projects are compliant and within budgets / timeframes - with management throughout.

The Person:

  • Experienced Heating Engineer, with experience in ASHP.
  • Full UK Driving license.
  • Experience in UK based regulations and compliance.
  • Looking to take the next step in career into a management position.
  • Keen to learn the fundamentals of Project Management and help establish a new team.
  • Management / Leadership experience preference, but not essential.
