Join a Leading Renewable Energy Installer - Air Source Heat Pump Installation Teams Wanted!

Mirai Energy Recruitment, a highly-rated specialist agency in Gas, Plumbing, and Renewable Recruitment, is proud to partner with a Top 3 UK Renewables Installer. Due to increasing demand and expansion, we are seeking experienced Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installation Teams across Wales, Cornwall, and Devon for our client based in Wales.

As part of an ECO4 government-backed energy efficiency scheme, your team will be installing Air Source Heat Pumps in a variety of properties.

• Earn between £4,000 to £5,500 per week consistently
• Inductions / starts available throughout May and June
• Working areas / property types (you must be willing to travel and stay)
• All of Wales
• Southwest England (Exeter to Truro)
• Property Types - Stone properties, solid and cavity walls

Air Source Heat Pump Full Install Payment Rates (Average Job £2,300):

Includes Removal Of All Existing Pipework

• £1,750 - ASHP install with 2 heating zones up to 9 Radiators
• £2,000 - ASHP install with 2 heating zones 10 - 14 Radiators
• £200 - Each additional radiator over 14

Worcester/Samsung Hybrid Install

• £850 - Combi Boiler system (includes standard flue and up to 3m of gas)
• £1150 - System/Heat Only Boiler System (includes standard flue and up to 3m of gas)
• £50 - Vertical Flue
• £100 - New Gas Supply
• £25 - Radiator Replacement (up to 3m of pipe)
• £25 - Extra Pipework (up to 6m per radiator)
• £125 - New Radiator (up to 12m of pipe)
• £10 - New TRV with Radbot
• £500 - Remove and Replace Existing Heating Circuit (e.g., 10mm pipe)

What's Included

• Hotel accommodation for 2 to 3 night stays per week
• £100 per team / per night allowance for overnight stays
• £100 per week fuel allowance
• Flexible, full-time or part-time hours (Minimum 3 days per week, with potential for 5 days)
• Induction training (2 days required; full team must attend; accommodation provided if needed)

Who We're Looking For

• Self-employed ASHP / Gas Heating Installation Teams (Teams of 2, 3, or 4 persons)
• ACS qualified CCN1 and CENWAT, and ASHP qualification
• Fully equipped van and tools for the job
• Experience wiring heating controls
• At least 2 years solid experience in Air Source Heat Pump installations within the team
• At least 2+ years experience in Gas installations
• Commitment to working 3+ days a week with flexibility to travel and stay away
• Experience of hot & cold flushes (with video proof of cleared filters)
• Must be able to attend 2-day induction (full team required to attend)
