Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Cambridge is seeking a Service & Maintenance Engineer to service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps across high-end residential properties in Cambridgeshire and East Anglia. The role is field-based with 2–4 jobs per day and a 7am-4:30pm schedule, offering a clear path to supervisory level.

You will receive training on ground source systems and MVHR, with progression opportunities, a van, fuel card, private healthcare, enhanced pension, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Air source heat pump experience essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong customer-facing manner in high-value homes.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps in high-end residential properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia.
• Mentor junior engineers and support office with technical queries.
• Field-based role with 2–4 jobs per day, 7:00–16:30.
• Progression to supervisor level with training in ground source and MVHR.
