Job summary

Aira is hiring a Heat Pump Engineer to deliver high-quality heat pump installations, helping families lower costs and reduce their carbon footprint.

You will train at the Aira Academy, work with a Europe-wide team, and join the UK’s fastest growing heat pump installer, with a branded company van, tools, and uniform.

This role includes a competitive base salary, 25 days of leave, a health plan, pension, and development opportunities across our expanding clean-energy network.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 plumbing (or equivalent).
• Gas Qualifications / Gas Safe registered.
• Experience installing boilers or air source heat pumps.
• Experience installing hot water cylinders and radiators.
• NVQ Level 3 plumbing (or equivalent).
• WRAS Qualifications (water regs).
• Gas Qualifications.
• Unvented hot water systems (part G).
• Level 3 heat pump system design.
• F-Gas Category 1.

Responsibilities

• Help families lower their costs and carbon footprint by installing the latest Aira heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
• Work with designers to ensure installations are efficient and reliable; jobs will be surveyed and you’ll receive schematic diagrams for every installation.
• Train at the Aira Academy to become a Heat Pump Engineer, with development and growth opportunities at the UK’s fastest growing heat pump installer.
• Join a Europe-wide engineering team as part of the Aira family.
