Job summary

The Energy Lab Solutions Ltd (Energy Lab) is seeking a Heat Pump Design & Technical Support Engineer to join our technical team in South Molton. You will design heat pump systems, prepare technical drawings and assist with documentation, working closely with manufacturers, installers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a technical design background in plumbing, heating, HVAC or renewable energy and are able to read drawings, schematics and manuals with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, heating, HVAC or building services.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Understanding of MCS requirements and low-temperature heating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with heat pump system designs, layouts and technical information.
• Produce or assist with technical drawings, hydraulic schematics, wiring layouts and installation documents.
• Support sizing and selection of pumps, pipework and cylinders.
