Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD is hiring a Heat Treatment Operator in Birmingham (B11) with a day shift from 10:00am to 7:00pm. The role pays £13.50 per hour and focuses on safe handling, efficient processing, and adherence to quality standards.

The successful candidate will operate heat treatment equipment, load and unload materials, and perform quality checks while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Experience in manufacturing or production is desirable.

Working Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm

Location: B11, Birmingham

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Heat Treatment Operator to join a busy operation based in the B11 area of Birmingham.

The successful candidate will assist with heat treatment processes, ensuring materials are handled safely and work is completed efficiently to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating heat treatment equipment and machinery in line with company procedures.
• Loading and unloading materials safely.
• Monitoring processes and ensuring products meet required specifications.
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects or issues.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable.
• Experience operating industrial machinery or heat treatment equipment is an advantage.
