What You'll Do:

Lead your team, ensuring adjudication events meet NMC values, policies, and standards while managing high-profile challenges confidently.
Deliver up to 15 physical hearings daily, utilizing your event and people management skills to ensure safe and effective regulation for registrants.
Use your negotiation and influencing skills to resolve escalations and practical issues quickly, applying your attention to detail and numerical analysis for practical solutions.
Collaborate internally and externally, building strong relationships and contributing to projects that enhance adjudication event quality.
Motivate and support your team with a positive attitude, providing guidance and management to ensure operational excellence and staff development.
