Looking for a hearing PA who can sign British Sign Language to at least a level 2 for a gentleman who is fully dependant on sign language- he is Deaf and has autism.
Hours are flexible with employer but weekdays except Wednesdays between 9-5pm.

Roles and Responsibilities
To help the individual access the community.
Attend courses in cooking/ DIY with individual.
Help individual with admin- making call on their behalf, understand emails and translate videos.
Possibly help with the process of moving home- still staying local.
Help with processing emotions when heightened- help to self regulate.

Specific Requirements
Must be a hearing individual.
Ensure professional boundaries are made clear at time of interview.

Required Training
British Sign Language trained- level 2 minimum- client is Deaf.
Experience with autism and the behaviours associated with it.

I’m a 29 year old gentleman who is profoundly Deaf and has autism. I would like a PA to help making the community and life more accessible.
