About The Role

Hidden Hearing is one of the UK’s leading providers of private hearing healthcare, offering life-changing services. We are seeking a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) for our Hatch End hearing centre.

  • Generous car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum (dependent on performance/sales) or a company car if preferred.
  • Uncapped monthly commission with opportunities for quarterly and annual bonuses.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Compensation and Support

Basic salary: £37,618.

  • Support from a designated diary coordinator and a supportive management team.
  • Permanent contract, 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend suitable hearing solutions, adhering to HCPC standards and BSHAA guidelines.
  • Accurately complete audiograms and customer records using the company’s CMS system.
  • Follow company working practices, including standard consultations.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service, responding promptly to service calls.
  • Keep knowledge and skills up to date with HCPC CPD requirements.
Role Requirements
  • Qualified HAD or Pre-Registered HAD.
  • Current HCPC registration.
  • Membership or willingness to join BSHAA.
  • IT skills for using company systems and audiometry equipment.
  • Good time and job management skills.
  • Valid UK driving license.

This role requires applicants to be eligible to work in the UK/EU without restrictions. Visa sponsorship is not available.
