Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Experience fitting and managing a range of hearing aids.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests.
• Fit and program hearing aids to meet individual patient needs.
• Provide patient education, ongoing support and guidance for optimal device use.
• Maintain hearing aid maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting.
• Keep accurate clinical records in line with standards.
• Collaborate with support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Stay up-to-date with advances in audiology and hearing aid technology.
