Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist to deliver expert hearing assessments and tailored solutions, fitting, adjusting, and maintaining devices within a compassionate, patient-focused team.

You will work with the latest hearing technology, keep accurate records, and collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality care and ongoing patient education.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and eligibility to practise in the UK.
• Experience fitting and managing a range of hearing aids.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests
• Fit and program hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
• Provide patient education, advice and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of hearing devices
• Perform hearing aid maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Stay up-to-date with advances in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development
