We are recruiting for multiple Hearing Aid Audiologist positions across the UK, with the main office in Manchester. You can be based anywhere in the UK to apply.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs
• Providing aftercare services
• Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator
• Ensuring high-quality, professional service
• Delivering a positive customer experience
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Planning clinic diary to meet objectives
• Achieving KPIs and addressing underperformance
