Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care in Waterlooville is seeking a Hearing Aid Audiologist to deliver expert hearing assessments and tailored solutions. You will fit, program and maintain devices while providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional setting with access to the latest hearing technology.

You should be HCPC registered with experience fitting a wide range of hearing aids and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping people improve their hearing.
You should be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and have experience fitting and managing a wide range of hearing aids.
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are essential to provide empathetic and effective care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic tests
Fit and program hearing aids to meet individual patient needs
Provide patient education, advice and ongoing support to ensure optimal use of hearing devices
Perform hearing aid maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Collaborate closely with support staff to deliver high-quality patient care
Stay up-to-date with advances in audiology and hearing aid technology through continuous professional development
