Job summary

Hedyn’s Healthy Homes Coordinator role sits within the Property and Place team. You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to track progress, manage resident communications, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Experience coordinating repairs, compliance or housing-related services.
• Able to track progress, manage resident communications and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of Healthy Homes work under management direction.
• Maintain data from works to resident communications and reports, update progress.
• Identify delays or capacity issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate inspections and follow-on activity with contractors and residents.
• Maintain compliance documentation including RAMS and certifications.
• Support performance reporting and resident communications regarding appointments and progress.
• Respond to routine resident queries and escalate complex issues.
