Overview

Healthy Child Programme DataCleansing Officer – Band 2

37.5 hours per week. Fixed Term – 6 months. The post holder will work within community settings providing support to the 0-19 service and will be data cleansing the EMIS system for health visiting and school nursing. High levels of concentration are required as is attention to detail. The post holder will also need to always adhere to confidentiality and work within a team. There are opportunities to work from home.

The post holder will be expected to provide support to the 0-19 service, ensuring there is robust application of Trust governance processes, policies, and procedures. The main purpose of this role is to provide support for data cleaning of the EMIS system across health visiting and school nursing services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide data cleansing support for the EMIS system across health visiting and school nursing services (0-19).
  • Support the 0-19 service with governance, policies and procedures adherence.
  • Work within community settings and as part of a team; maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate high levels of concentration and attention to detail.
  • Utilise opportunities to work from home where applicable.

  • Experience with data handling in a health service context (EMIS system experience is relevant).
