Founders Factory in London is seeking exceptional Venture Builders for a hands-on, six-month contract to help shape ideas into venture-backable businesses in digital health. You’ll work across product, design, growth and tech, validate problems, build MVPs, and guide early product market fit, with potential extension or full-time move.

Qualifications

• Digital health startup experience, including 0→1 work across health tech or medtech.
• Lean methodologies and an experimental approach prioritising speed and learning.
• Ability to wear multiple hats across product, design, tech and growth.
• Strong technical mindset with no-code/low-code prototyping ability.
• Commercial curiosity about ICPs, value propositions and early GTM.
• Clear communication of ideas, progress and learnings.
• Comfortable setting expectations with founders and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end early build from problem definition to MVP shipping.
• Getting products into users hands quickly using lean experiments.
• Shaping customer experience and product vision balancing user needs with reality.
• Collaborating with founders to sharpen focus and drive momentum.
• Advancing ventures through studio stage gates with evidence-based decisions.
• Spotting market opportunities by staying close to dynamics and user behaviour.
• Communicating progress, learnings, trade-offs and recommendations to founders.
