Job summary

CARE ADHD is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead delivery of our digital healthcare platform. The role is hybrid with a Canary Wharf, London base, and collaboration with UK leadership and Bangalore teams to deliver high-quality software that improves patient care.

You will own timelines, define acceptance criteria, and coach Agile teams across web, mobile, and backend systems, including Next.js/React.js, Flutter, and AWS, while ensuring healthcare compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven track record delivering multiple software projects.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong Scrum/Agile delivery expertise.
• Technical fluency for meaningful engineer conversations.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead software project delivery across web, mobile and backend platforms.
• Translate requirements into Jira tickets with acceptance criteria.
• Break down features into deliverable work units for teams.
• Own timelines, dependencies and releases from kickoff to production.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure healthcare compliance.
• Report progress, risks, and blockers to UK leadership.
• Coordinate release planning with development and operations.
