Job summary

MastarRec in London is hiring a HealthTech Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital healthcare products that improve patient outcomes and provider efficiency.

You will define product strategy, build roadmaps, work with engineering, design, data scientists and clinicians, and ensure GDPR, HIPAA and MHRA compliance while driving agile processes, analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product management for digital health platforms or healthcare SaaS.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient journeys.
• Familiarity with health data standards: FHIR, HL7, ICD-10, SNOMED.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools: Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership in regulated environments.
• Experience working with software development teams in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for digital health applications or platforms.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into product features.
• Work closely with developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and clinicians.
• Gather and prioritise requirements based on market research, user feedback, and compliance.
• Drive Agile development processes including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs to iterate.
• Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and MHRA.
